Postitions Available
Sheet Metal Estimator
Will perform hard bid estimates as well as assist with conceptual, design-assist and design-build proposals. Will perform all aspects of take off for HVAC/sheet metal estimating. Responsible for fostering effective internal team relationships, as well as with clients, vendors and subcontractors.
Qualifications required:
• Minimum 5 years mechanical estimating experience.
• HVAC commercial, industrial and institutional experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency using QuickPen Autobid Mechanical, or similar software, preferred.
• Ability to be self-sufficient, make sound judgments and facilitate successful team results.
• Operates with a keen sense of urgency and work proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
