Cates Sheet Metal Industries’ office is the most computerized in Kansas City and possibly the Midwest. The office currently uses the following programming and equipment:
- Eight QuickPen AutoBid sheet metal stations
- Six QuickPen graphical take-off digitized stations
- Eleven CAD detailing stations using AutoCAD MEP with EastCoast CAD software including 3-Dimensional technology
- Two Maker program stations downloadable to three Kioke Aaronson plasma metal cutting systems
